Questions people actually ask.
Do I need an account?
No. For the vast majority of pairs you paste a receiving address, pick a route, and send. The only time you'll hit verification is on partner-flagged transactions — usually large sums into fiat-adjacent stablecoins.
What's the difference between fixed and floating rate?
Floating gives you the market rate at the moment your deposit confirms — usually best for fast chains. Fixed locks the number you see at quote time; the partner absorbs market drift but charges a small premium for the privilege.
How do you make money if there's no spread?
Partner venues pay us a small referral cut on routed volume. That cut is the same regardless of which one you pick, so we have no incentive to recommend a worse route.
What happens if a transaction gets stuck?
Use Track Order at the top of the page with your order ID. Our operators can ping the partner directly and, if needed, push for a manual refund to the address you specified at swap time.
Which chains are supported?
